  • Bihar Civil Court Stenographer Selection Process :- The recruitment process shall comprise of three stages Preliminary Test, Written Test, Stenography Test and viva Test.

Bihar Civil Court Stenographer Syllabus 2022 Subject wise

  • The question of written test of total 85 marks shall be of Class 10th  (Matriculation) Standard level of the following subjects:

  • The Computer Proficiency Test shall be to assess knowledge of candidate about M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, Internet Surfing skills.
  • The Speed / Proficiency of the candidate shall be tested on the criteria as laid down in Schedule ‘A’ of the Rules, which is provided as – Shorthand – 80 wpm in English and 60 wpm in Hindi (only 5% mistake shall be admissible) and Typing 40 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi.

Bihar Civil Court Stenographer Syllabus 2022 in Hindi

  • Bihar Civil Court Syllabus 2022 In Hindi  सहित बिहार सिविल कोर्ट क्लर्क सिलेबस हिंदी में नीचे दी गई तालिका में प्रदान किया गया है. आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उनके संदर्भ के लिए पाठ्यक्रम पर ध्यान देना चाहिए.I

The written test shall consist of the following subjects: –

  1. English Language and Grammar (25 Marks):- Common errors, Fill in the Blanks, Synonyms / Antonyms, Spelling / Detecting mis-spelt words, Idioms & Phrases, One word substitution, Improvement of Sentences, Active / Passive Voice, Verbs, Shuffling of Sentences Parts.
  2. Hindi Language and Grammar (25 Marks):- Antonyms / Synonyms, General Sentence Correction Check, Proverbs and Idioms, One Word instead of Many Words.
  3. General Knowledge and Current Affairs (10 Marks):- In this section questions will be based on History, Civics, Geography, Everyday Science, Constitution of India, Legal Terminology.
  4. Mathematics of Matriculation Standard (10 Marks):- The test shall comprise questions on topic viz. BODMAS, Simple Calculations, Problem based on Time and Distance, Time and Work, Calculation of Simple / Compound Interest, Ration and Proportion.
  5. Basic Computer Science (20 Marks):- History of Computers, Fundamental of Computer and terminologies, Computer abbreviations, Basic of Hardware and Software, Keyboard shortcuts, Operating System basics, Basic Functionalities of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power-Point), Internet terms and services, Networking and communication, Security Tools and Viruses.

NOTE:- The minimum qualifying marks will be 40% in the written examination.
